Lina brings 15+ years of leadership experience and broad consulting experience across industries, including construction, automotive, hospitality, manufacturing, oil and gas, financial and professional services, healthcare, sales and retail, non-profit organizations, and other sectors. Her experience spans entrepreneurial businesses, small and mid-sized organizations and large publicly traded companies, bringing an adaptable perspective to different operating demands, leadership structures and people priorities.
Her experience across complex businesses informs a practical approach: understand the organization, clarify the priorities and work alongside leadership to implement solutions that fit.
