With over 15 years of experience, she specializes in strategic HR planning, leveraging her education and credentials to address complex organizational challenges. She founded Elevate Talent Solutions in 2016 with the vision of helping organizations build high-performing teams that drive business results.

Lina’s expertise encompasses a range of services from HR tech transformation to mindful leadership and psychological safety training, focusing on creating resilient, high-performing teams.
